Book a Call

For business owners and property investors with a lending or structure decision in front of them. Test it before you commit.

Free 30-minute Discovery Call · Paid one-hour Structure Review

The useful outcome is a clean next decision.

You come away knowing what you are really deciding, where the lending structure is incomplete, and what comes next: go ahead, prepare first with your accountant or adviser, change how the borrowing is set up, or wait. Nobody sells you a property on this call.

Juan works with Australian business owners and property investors, arranging the business, the entities that hold property and super as one balance sheet. His background includes more than twenty years managing complex infrastructure, project finance, governance, commissioning, ramp-up, and cost-control work across Australia and the Pacific.

He brings that same discipline to business and commercial finance, property portfolio structures, and the order in which a family should borrow, buy and build.

Discovery Call (free, 30 minutes)

Best when there is a live question: finance for the business, a property purchase, a portfolio that has stopped growing, or a structure you are unsure a lender will accept.

You leave knowing whether there is a next step and what it is. Sometimes the answer is “not yet”, and you will hear why.

Structure Review (one hour, $497)

Best when you are ready to act. Your business, property entities and super are looked at as one balance sheet, and your plan is tested against what lenders will accept.

It covers business, commercial and property lending, cash flow and servicing, how your trusts, companies and super fit the lending, and where your accountant or financial adviser needs to come in. Paid when you book.
